Resources From Other Enthusiasts

It is long overdue and a glaring oversight on my part to have failed to create a resource page for other old and odd holder enthusiast's works on the subject.

Our once little corner of the coin collecting market continues to grow and others have and continue to add their own contributions to our knowledge of a variety of areas of this niche of coin collecting.

I will do my best to add these resources to this page as I learn about them. Please feel free to contact me if you are aware of other well documented works from other sources that I can add to this resource page.

David Hall Flips
Here you will find the most comprehensive work on the David Hall coin flips. The author, "JeffersonFrog" on the CU boards, clearly spent a great deal of time and effort in researching David Hall flips to create this must read work for all those interested in the subject.

Sample Slabs 3rd Edition Volume 1
Here you will find the impressive and definitive work on sample slabs from NGC, NCS, and PCGS by David Schwager and Burton Strauss. They have put a lot of work into this new edition and are currently working on volume 2 which will include the 40 other known issuers of sample slabs including ANACS.
The following link is to the "How to Order" page for the book which allows for the purchase of both physical and PDF versions.
The Official NGC 3.0 Holder Information Thread
Here you will find the most comprehensive research on the production of the gen 3.0 holder. The authors conclusion that is hard to argue with, the gen 3.0 production period was much shorter than previously believed.
